9:30 pm Lightning Talks: One part Toastmasters meeting, one part Gong Show, with a dash of traditional RG silliness.
11:00 pm Late Night Hospitality Party: Food, drinks, and dessert, plus Werewolf, the role playing game that Mensans nationwide are raving about, and which will be featured at the 2008 Denver AG.

Introduction to Genetic Genealogy with Emily D. Aulicino of the International Society of Genetic Genealogists. Learn the basics of DNA, which testing companies assist genealogists and how testing helps your family research.
Bonneville Lock and Dam: An illustrated history of the significant changes occurring at Bonneville since the 1930's.
Renewable Energy Overview: Diane Zipper, of The Renewable Northwest Project, will discuss environmental and economic benefits of clean power, some of the more recent state energy legislation, and local green power programs.
Saturday Afternoon
Beer Tasting and “Beer 101” with Bill Schneller and RG Brewmeister Jeff Fisher. Fuzzy about the differences between a porter and a pilsner or a dopplebock and a dortmunder? How did so many types of beer come to exist? Explore the multiple dimensions of sight, smell and taste, discover how and why they emerged when and where they did, then retire to Hospitality to sample a few.
Gender at the Extreme Ends of the Bell Curve. We learned about girls and boys in school but what about he/shes, GLBTs, hermaphrodites, third genders, superwomen, Klinefelter’s, etc.? Join Dr. Daniel Laury on this journey exploring the different genders through chromosomal analysis, phenotypic attributes and physical actions.
Juggling: Katin Imes is an internet developer, corporate trainer and hobbyist linguist who learned juggling to build physical and mental coordination. He will present information and skill- building juggling techniques for coordination, brain-building, and creativity.
Taekwon-Do: A non-contact style of the martial arts, which enables men, women, and children to work out together without fear of injury. Students learn to control themselves both mentally and physically. Master Cynthia Brown, a 5th degree Black Belt, will be leading a short demonstration, followed by a mini-class.
Train Your Brain. Neurofeedback is brain-wave (EEG) based biofeedback that optimizes how the brain functions, and results in lasting changes to neurology, physiology, cognition, behavior and mood. Dr. Noel Thomas and Kayle Sandberg-Lewis will discuss its application to a variety of conditions, including ADD, depression, stroke, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury.

7:30 pm After Dinner Speaker: Labels, Leadville and Lore. Author Douglas Rhoades will speak about his discovery of a cache of tin cans with original labels dating back to the 1870’s. His talk combines history, some science, and northwest geography.
